Jessica is an entrepreneur and a job market expert with 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry.

In 2011, she founded and launched Chief of Staff | Kansas City – a staffing solutions company for the modern office. As a woman-owned, family business, Chief of Staff focuses on placing great quality candidates in today’s office cultures. The company has carved out a focus on developing a personable and approachable appeal to Kansas City’s top administrative talent and the companies who value their people.

A Kansas City native, Jessica began her career at, and quickly joined the ranks of CB’s Top sales performers, while experiencing firsthand the new job market from its highest growth segment – online search and recruitment. Armed with a great sense of business and an earned understanding of the trends in recruitment, Jessica became an entrepreneur, where she has continued to push new concepts for the job market into business operations. Jessie attended high school at St. Teresa’s Academy and graduated with her Advertising degree from Marquette University. Jessie was recently inducted into the HEMP (Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentorship Program) class of 2015 and is a member of the Kansas City Industrial Council. Being an overachiever in everything she does, Jessie and her husband Chris have 5 children.
